A licensed attorney since 1992, Michael H. Friedman has been practicing exclusively in the area of Workers Compensation law since 1993. Mr. Friedman has devoted the first 20 years of his practice representing employers and insurance companies, and began representing the injured workers of Georgia in 2011.

His past experience representing insurance companies gives him a unique perspective and successful approach to representing injured employees, and sets him apart as an advocate for Georgia workers. Michael Friedman practices all over Georgia and is experienced in handling all types of cases and injuries.

 

Attorney Michael H Friedman has tried over 100 cases before the administrative law judges at the State Board of Workers Compensation, and has handled appeals to the Appellate Division, the superior courts, and the Georgia State Court of Appeals.
